How do you know it's his liver? And how do you not know if it's a boy or a girl? Has this poor cat ever been to a vet???

Take him to the vet.

No it's not normal. As far as painful. Well how would you feel if something inside kept poping out. I'm sure it's very painful.

I would check with a vet if you want to keep this kitty, and see what can be done if anything can be done to fix the issue. If not, i dont think it would be fare to keep the animal alive.

as far as the sex of the kitty. Females will look like ! upsidedown. males will look like this : from the back end.

It sounds to me like you're joking. I don't quite understand how such a thing could be possible without the cat dying, but maybe you just didn't explain yourself properly.
The only responsible thing to do would be to take the cat to the vet and see what he says. He might recommend putting it down.

There is no evidence of harm to the baby if a woman takes PlanB and gets pregnant anyway. (It's just progesterone, the same hormone that's in Depo-provera, the pill, and most other hormonal birth control.
