I think you should just tell her straight forward.
Or maybe write a note. List all the reasons of WHY you like her. Remember to maybe say she is pretty once or twice, but don't make the whole not "I really think you're hawt, want to go out?".
Lol.
And I wouldn't even ask her out for the first.
I would just let her respond to it.
But you HAVE to remember to NOT have a friend of yours tell her..
She will like it SO much better if you tell her..trust me.

It's not hard to show interest. You should give her lots of hugs and hold her for a long time when you do. Ask her what she's doing and then see if she wants to do something with you. If she isn't interested, then back off and you didn't even have to tell her you liked her, so she can't tell her friends, "He is in love with me, omg." Don't tell her you like her, show her, and if you're too afraid to do any of that stuff then you shouldn't even bother.

Take it from me - there is a 50/50 chance she will like you in return and if so, there will be nothing more she wants to hear from you than you like her.
The thing to do is to get involved with something she likes doing. For example, if she goes to a certain place every lunchtime (if you're talking about a school girl) and start going there, or purpously walking by there. You may already be in frequent contact with her, if so, fantastic! In this place, the thing to do is just tell her. "Hey, ____.... I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me?" and just take it from there. DON'T rehearse it, just let it come out naturally.

ask her out . say do u wont to go out the weekend and meet up go do wot eva the 2 of u decide 2 do an jus tell her while ur doin sumthing like lookin in shops or ice skatin or wot eva ur doin so its not so awkward 4 u both hopefully it shud stop her in her tracks an make her blush always a good sign

Depends.... Do you want her to loose interest and blow you off like the rest of the guys that come on to her? Then yes, go tell her you like her.
If you want to go out with her then I recommend an indirect approach. Talk to her about her interests and what she likes to do outside of work / school. Ask about her family and friends, ask about her clothes and compliment her. If she has any sense at all she will figure out that you like her... If you still have your crush after talking to her.... Then ask her out but telling her too soon will gain you nothing.

hey, first of all is to make sure she is feeling the same, other wise you may get hurt.
you can notice if she gets very happy when she sees you or knowing you are coming, or shes always trying to talk to you about anything, if so,
you must be sincere, is very nice when a guy tell us, how beautiful he thinks we are. then you should say what you like about her the most, her thinking her reasoning, how good she is to friends, her smile, everything that you like from her.

Tell her that you like her and tell her why. WE girls like to hear why you think we are so great. Might be better to stay away from buying her a whole bunch of stuff just to say you like her though. she might find you creepy or desperate. or she may become overwhelmed.

Just be straight and open with the girl and then see what happens from there. she might feel the same way she might not.. but its worth telling her instead of keeping quiet and regretting it.

you should ask her somewhere .
pay for her .
and show her that you like her .
and are intrested .
maybe take her too a nice dinner and movie ;]
and everywhere she goes have a little post it note stating something you like about her .
or you could just call and tell .
but its not cute that way .
