Well, since I don't call my mom, Dianne or my dad, Jack dating someone with the same name as my mom is irrelevant. What matters is whether or not you and the other are compatible. So my vote is yes. I have to admit tho dating someone with the same name as my ex was a bit weird, but it did save some embarassing moments in the sack.

If I liked a guy, nothing would stop me from dating him, unless he was some criminal haha. My friend Ryan, (a girl) is marrying her boyfriend, Ryan. That's kind of creepy. :)
