To date? Any age you want really. No law against dating a six year old, 13 year old, etc. Just watchout with whomever you date with, because they have to be at the legal age of consent in order for you to have sexual intercourse. If you're wondering what age your states law of consent is, then I'd suggest asking a police officer, or a court judge or something.

Edit: I suggest not dating six year olds though, because that would be heavily frowned upon.

I think someone 19 or 20 can legally date someone 17 or older. It depends on the laws in your state. In some states it's younger and in other states once you turn 18 anyone younger is jail bait.

18 sometimes 17 depending on where your at. I know that when i turned seventeen it was ok to date a person older but there were restrictions. so just to be safe go with 18
