If you have eggs you can make flan. Pretty simple. Not sure what the sugar cookie dough is going to do for you, unless you make a custard pie and use the dough as a crust.

Flan

INGREDIENTS

* 8 eggs
* 2/3 cup sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* 1/2 cup brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. Beat eggs slightly; add sugar and salt. Blend in milk and vanilla. Sift brown sugar into bottom of eight 5-ounce custard cups or a 1-1/2-quart baking dish. Pour custard mixture over sugar. Place in shallow baking pan of hot water. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Chill overnight. Sprinkle with additional brown sugar before serving or unmold to serve.

Yes, you can make custard with the ingredients you have. You need to mix about 6 eggs, 2 cans of milk, 3/4 cup sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla and a 1/2 tsp of nutmeg (if you have it) in a blender and process.

Pour through a wire mesh strainer into custard cups (coffee/tea cups will work) leaving about a 1/2 inch space at top. Cover each cup with foil. Place the cups into a larger pan and place in a 350 degree oven. Pour boiling water into the larger pan so that it reaches about half way up the sides of the cups. Bake for about one hour.

Remove from oven and allow to cool in the water bath until the cups come to room temperature. Place in the refrigerator and chill for about four hours or overnight.

Personally, I would use cream instead evaporated milk but in a pinch, this recipe will work.

well it's not a dinner recipe but two really easy desserts :) A super easy recipe is Dump cake. You put a can of crushed pineapple and a can of cherry pie filling in to a 13x9 pan. Mix the two together in the dish and top with a whole box of yellow cake mix and then spread slivers of butter all over the top and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. (tastes like a pineapple upside down cake) Or you could buy a graham cracker pie crust fill it with instant pudding (follow pie filling directions on the box) and then top with cool whip. Easy Peazy

Do you have eggs? Here's a simple custard recipe from epicurious.com. If you don't have oranges, you can flavor the custard with nutmeg. Try this custard on top of sugar cookies.

1 1/4 cups whole milk
1 (4- by 1-inch) strip fresh orange zest
3 large egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Bring milk with zest to a simmer in a small heavy saucepan over moderate heat. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 20 minutes.
Whisk together yolks, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk in milk with zest, then transfer mixture to cleaned saucepan.

Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until custard thickens enough to coat back of a wooden spoon (170°F on an instant-read thermometer). Immediately pour through a fine sieve into a bowl. Discard zest and stir in vanilla. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. Chill custard, its surface covered with wax paper (to prevent a skin from forming), until cold, at least 1 hour.

Cooks' note:
• Sauce may be chilled, covered with plastic wrap, up to 3 days.

Umm I dont know what you could make. If you have eggs you could make custard. Look up a recipe on the net. You need milk, eggs, sugar, nutmeg - that's about it I think. Takes a long while to bake in a slow oven.

With those ingredients only you are kind of limited. I was thinking of pizelles if you had a waffle iron or a cast iron pan with a large spatula, if you are interested.

Make sweet rolls. They're like sugar cookies, except you make em smaller and like rolls.
