Monotheist and atheist are not races. They are religious positions. So, the premises of your question is false, so your question itself is unanswerable, unless you edit the question. So lets edit a few different ways and answer each question:
* Will your child be inbred if you mixed races? No, but he/she would be interracial.
* Will your child be inbred if you mixed an atheist and a monotheist? No, unless they were related.
*Will your child be inbred if you mixed religious positions? Same answer as the second question.
I'm assuming you meant the second question, but hey, how would I know?
As for the second part of your question (What will your child come out to be like if One Parent was Monotheist and the other was an Atheist[sic]?), the answer is, it depends on how they decide to raise him/her. If one is the dominant partner, then they will probably decide to raise the child as one or the other, and that is what the child will be like. On the other hand, they could do how my fiancee (a theist) and I (an atheist) are raisnig our daughter, to choose her own path. Then the child will be a more rounded individual, and probably know their religion (or lack thereof) better than most other people would.

Religion and race are 2 different things (except for the Jews). Inbred refers to marrying w/in ones own immediate family. So your question makes no sense whatsoever.

Wouldn't they be more likely to not be inbred by mixing it up a bit?
