Those who know me know where my sarcasm lies. Forgive me if I'm getting a chuckle out of the answers.

Why would telling a person to return to there nation of origin be any more hateful or racist than telling a kid to return to his or her desk.

Seeing the connection, now? I know, odd logic. Sorry.

NOTE: Upholding and enforcing immigration law is no more Draconian than laws that protect a child from negligence by removing them, placing them in a better environment (CPS).

Please remember, their parents had likely only known ONE home and environment when THEY came to this drastically different one.

No, uless she points out. Unless she says: hey you "*******" go back to your desk. Or: "hey you redneck go back to your desk". Unless shes using racist names. THAT would make her a closet racist. So, if you get my point. If you use racial name calling that when you ARE RACIST. If we just want Illegals to go back to their own country, it wont make us racist, but dont point out or call them names, ok.

People who want to restrict immigration are not racists, but they are morally equivalent to racists. What's the difference between discrimination based on your skin pigment and discrimination based on your geographic location when you were 0 years old?

Immigration laws don't just outlaw an action. They outlaw some people's very existence. If a kid was brought into the country illegally when he was 6 months old, how can you justify taking legal action against him when he's 18? His only "criminal act" (actually not a felony or misdemeanor, just an infraction) was committed when he was a minor, and without his knowledge or consent. Yet he receives the most draconian punishment (not allowed to work, not even allowed to EXIST in the United States) just for BEING. Can't you see the injustice in that?

Racist hater? Someone who hates racists...LOL!

What does that have to do with sitting down at your desk? The teacher insists you sit at your own desk so you can get busy on your own work by your own self.

He/she may dislike racists..most teachers do.

i see your point but no, sorry to crush your theory but insisting someone go back to their desk is nothing really to do with insisting people go back to their country, what sort of nationality would this teacher belong to in any manner or form in this scenario and unless all members of the class came to her 'country' how could their demanding they return to theirs habve any bearing on racism or indeed any political view?

um, no. The teacher has definite authority over the children in the classroom and is in charge of keeping them in their seats and is STILL in charge of them whether they are in their seats or not.
You probably should have throught this analogy through a little more before posting it.

No, she just realizes that the student at the popular desk doesn't have enough school supplies for all, and besides, it is getting crowded and unruly there.

Why would telling students to return to their desks have anything to do with race? For something to be racist, it has to be based on race...

I don't see the correlation between maintaining classroom order and "racist hater" behavior.

Only if the desks were arranged around racial lines to begin with.

Not odd logic, illogical. The two aren't related.
