Not enough information.

Will you be providing meals? Games?

I would suggest a minimum of $500 per week. That's $10 per hour.

And get licensed and have some insurance.

ADDED--

$100 per week? Are you really worth only $2 per hour (5 days, 10 hours per day, 50 hours a week)?

Well, considering the age of the child, you should probably pay about $7-8 per hour, making it about $375 per week.

I'm in Colorado and I charge $3.50 per hour but they provide his lunch. If I provided lunch, I would charge $4.00 per hour.
