Oh yeah, we all know thats a hard hump to get over. You pretty much have to force yourself the first few weeks and DONT overdo it. If you try to go to the gym for an hour or longer the first week, you get burned out quickly. Do something really small. Like exercise for 15 minutes or so 6 days per week. Then you will see some small results. Then you will say to yourself...well if i lose this much with 15 minutes per day...how much more will i lose doing 20 or 25. Then you'll end up at 30 or 40.

Addiction to food is a hard one to get over. So here is how i overcame it. I didnt eat healthy. I ate hot pockets, chips and soda, but i limited my calories to 1300 per day. I still always felt hungry so then i started changing things around slowly and finding what things had low calories but filled me up better. I changed my chips to pretzels, I changed my hot pockets to turkey wraps, and i drink diet soda instead of regular soda, but try to at least get some bottled water in there.

Stress is the biggest motivator to work out, so think of things that stress you out and then go exercise. You will find that you can work out longer and you relieve stress. Doing that a few times will quickly get you addicted to exercising and it will actually be pleasurable instead of a chore (Hard to imagine i know, but its true)

Good luck.

My friend and I use those recordings that were written up. Actually, she live cross country so we don't exercise together. But we listen to the exercise recording daily. WE've had them a month and have really started to see a difference in how our clothes fit. And both of us have dropped a solid size; almost two sizes. The company is called Independent Achievement Productions and the recording is called Motivated to exercise. Only 15 minutes a day and you really start craving exercise by day 4.

Look at your tummy right now...if you see a single roll, then that would be motivation enough.
