Since you don't want to go to Germany, you can petition for her as your fiancee and marry her after she arrives. Here is how it is done:

First of all congratulations on your engagement!

I think you might mean German "national", which means "citizen", rather than "nationalist", which is a political designation!

Your question is a little unclear. Do you mean that when you get married you want to become a German citizen, or that she wants to become a citizen of your country (what is your country?), or do you each wish to maintain your current citizenship? Where do you want to live?

I don't think you have to travel to Germany to marry her. If she is coming over to marry you though, and you are in a country that has problems with immigration control, she might want to consult an immigration lawyer before she comes, in case she is questioned about this at the border.

Please check your government's website for info on marrying a citizen of another country. Just google the keywords you need i.e. government license marriage non-citizen immigrant (or whatever suits your needs). This is an important step in your life, and it is best to get the official rules from official sources, instead of just well-meaning advice from strangers.

Good luck!

My son married a Brazilan girl who came to the US to marry him. She will have to obtain a visa from Germany first, then apply to Immigration as a spouse. After being issued a Green card, application would be have to be made for the reason of marriage to stay in the US permnantly. While some countries allow dual citizenship, I am not sure about Germany. Wish you the best for a long & happy marriage, like the one my son has.

You need to include your citizenship and residence data in your question. If you live in Tibet, I'm sure the answer will be different from the answer for people who live in Nigeria.

What's your citizenship? Where do you live?

So you want to bring her here correct? Then you would file the fiance visa.

For help in this process you should go to www.immigrate2us.net and post your question.. it's a great group of people going through immigration.
