My friend has been going from girl to guy on and off what should she do?

One of my bestfriends has had relationship issues her whole life. From her having her boyfriend of almost a year falling asleep at the wheel and being killed, from being with long distance relationship with a girl that still haunts her today, to bing with every lesbian in the county and having every guy want her. Just she is a mess nowadays and depressed and i hate seeing her like this. She has a boyfriend right noe but she wants her ex g/f back. Just im having a hard time telling her what we should really do. Anyone have any ideas?
