NO, you are able to't connect any of the defense force. they do no longer provide waivers out for felonies, purely misdemeanors. once you've been convicted of a criminal contained in the U. S., you are able to't legally personal or own a firearm or ammunition. that incorporates utilising one even as appearing defense force responsibilities, so by that on my own you're barred from service in spite of what type of crime dedicated. in case you had the criminal expunged there's a moderate probability, yet nonetheless very uncertain.

If you were convicted, no. Any felony is a disqualifier. And, despite what someone previously stated, we are not getting desperate. All 4 branches are meeting recruitment goals.

Depends on the facts and circumstances (were you convicted? can you get an expungement? Did you shoot at a doe on a duck hunting trip or rob a 7/11?).

If not, there is always Blackwater.

Yes, unless a judge orderd that person to go into the service.
That felony could prevent entry into the armed forces.

Arrested? or Convicted? Big difference. A conviction would probably be an issue, but if it's just an arrest, and an acquittal, then it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, but you couldn't get into any job that requires a security clearance.
