If you were older, I'd say it is fine. I am 29(will be on the 14th... GO December b-days!!) and my girlfriend is 25. HOWEVER, since you are a MINOR and he is an ADULT, it will be nothing but bad news for the both of you.

1. Your parents will get very angry. I'd bet money on that.

2. He could/would go to jail just for kissing you in some states if prosecutors have their way when he goes to court over getting caught. Best case scenario if this happens is that he is only forced by court order to stop seeing you.

3. You are young, you WILL find love elsewhere sooner or later, it's probably not in your best interest or his to risk things by pursuing this relationship.

The most you could get away with is spending time together and holding hands. Maybe a peck on the cheek, but anything more is just asking for trouble.

Sorry to bring you the bad news, but it is just me being truthful... which is what I think you asked for and definitely needed to hear.

ps, early happy birthday to ya!

No, No, and No. A 19 yo has nothing in common with a 13 (soon to be 14) yo.

first off, if hes 19 and if u 2 have sex, he can go to jail. its illegal for a 19 yr old to be with a 14 yr old. if u were older like say 17 and he was like 22, then go for it cuz its legal. but dont do it.
