Unhealthy - healthy
chips - tortilla chips with salsa, popcorn (those 100 calorie things are awesome)
Soda - water
burger with fries - turkey burger/ veggie burger with a sweet potato or baked potato
white bread - whole wheat bread
pasta - whole wheat pasta
ham lunchmeat - turkey lunchmeat
mayo - light mayo or mustard
Really any fruit or vegetable as a snack is a good idea and alternative. That's all I can think of right now...

Peanut Butter!!! It's really filling and yummy and not that bad for you. Apples have fiber which gives you the full feeling for a long time. Yogurt is healthy and has protein and calcium. If you have time, making a smoothie yourself with milk/yogurt + fruit is really healthy and good. I don't think gum is harmful if it's sugar free. Honestly I can't really think of any brands because the healthiest food is unpackaged.
