I am an international student and this summer during my internship I was really made fun of by these two females (about 5 years older than me ) for not having a girlfriend yet not having had sex yet. It is just that I am from a different country where I have never been in this kind of a situation, I am junior right now do you guys think its abnormal?

From the sound of you're name it seems like you are Indian or at least Hindu (not being racist or anything). I've been living in the states since I was 4, and now I'm 17. You will come across a lot of things that seem awkward or what seems to be typical to you.
Don't worry about what some people say, they aren't important in you're life. To some people once you tell them you're situation they may say that's admirable, but to some (like the two females you mentioned) they may consider it to be a negative thing.
To answer you're question I would say its not an insult to be a virgin or to not have a girlfriend till now. If I just met you and you told me you're situation I would consider you as a person who knows what they want in life and someone who is very dedicated to his own personal morals.

not abnormal, in this country maybe but that is only because in the states it is accepted for boys to have sex at a very young age. when you do find that person she will most likely appreciate that you have saved yourself. you are on the right track, keep studying and have sex when you want to not when you feel pressured to. if those girls thought that it was funny the chances are that they thought it was weird because of the norm in the states. or they were whores. I'm sure that many women would like to break you in. good luck!

NO! that's awesome. I'm 17, still a virgin and have never had a boyfriend. There have been many opportunities, but I'm waiting. Don't let people like those two girls get to you. The world is full of virgins are weird, you must date, sex is life, blahblahblah... don't listen to them! Stay stong and I'm praying for you. When the time comes you'll meet a wonderful girl and be glad you never dated anyone else.

No - this is very good. There are many things that you do not have to worry about (children, STDs, heartbreak, and the like). This society is pretty abnormal when it comes to sex. It is not normal to just jump into bed with someone that you've known for a few days or weeks. Just take your time - there is no rush. Your future wife will appreciate it!

If your still in school then no way its an insult but everybody is not perfect so you can still chill. unless ur 40 years old then thats weird! Ur still young and have a long way ahead of u! dont worry about it. So if ur 22 and the girls are 27 and they had sex they most b crazy because they are still young! Alot of girls would want to be your girlfriend. Girls are all into the "Clean/Virgin" guys. Really all your girlfriends in High School will not end up being married to you. Rarely that'll ever happen and if it does they'll be divorced by your age. If you are Christian you are supposed to wait for sex after marriage.

Seriously; Who cares what other people think? I don't. If someone doesn't like me, or they make fun of me, I just say " Dude you're so ugly... Why do you talk to me? Honestly?" - Or something. This is NOT abnormal. Those girls are probably dirty, and floppy, anyways. Just don't let stuff like that bother you.

Its not an insult dude. Do not pressure yourself. Be cool with it. Who cares if you're a virgin or not. Be confident about yourself and not feel sorry about yourself.
