I have many questions about the 72 virgins.
if there is a mistranslation
1 what would you do if it meant 1 ,72 year old virgin ?
2 why are there that many virgins ? where they the ugly ones no one else wanted ?
3 what if it should read a 7 year old and a 2 year old ?
4 or a 70 year old and a 2 year old ?
5 is not marriage until death do us part ? where does it say there will be marriage in heaven ? Will this mean sex out side of marriage ? Is that not a sin ?
6 What if there's no sex in heaven ? will you have 72 nagging wife's which you can not have sex with ?
7 If you can have sex & babies how will your support them ?
8 How will you choose which virgin to make love too first with out offending the others ? How do you explain your choice to the last one ?
9 what if the virgins are the same sex as you ?

For the person who said they want Muslims to answer:
The reason no Muslims are not answering is because this has nothing to do with Islam. It says nothing about 72 virgins in the holy Quran. It does speak about everyone having servents in paradise and thats where the the fiction came about everyone getting 72 virgins.
I also agree with the poster below me. The suicide bombers who think they are going to paradise are indeed headed for hell. You do not enter paradise with the blood of innocent people on your hands.

Good that means I can have a different Virgin every day for 6 days a week with 1 day off a week to rest for 3 months...I love that!!!
6 days X 4 weeks=24 X 3 mths=72

It's blatantly obvious that, when muhammed was inventing islam, he had NO clue what "spiritual" meant. So, his concept of "paradise" was purely physical. He described a place of reward for his followers...a place complete with all sorts of physical treats and enticements. Lots of virgins. Lots of food. Rivers of wine. Young boys. All in the "shade of the sword" for loyal followers to orgy on.
Hmm. I wonder why his "religion" never addressed ANYTHING at all about the SPIRITUAL?

If you grew up in a repressive, overpowering, sexually intimidating atmosphere that valued purity and virginity in their women above all else (as it relates to women) 72 virgins would be nirvana.
