I see that you know very little about the US involvement in Iraq. Your question offers a very inaccurate picture of US activity.
The bombers are Islamic extremists from Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya, and other nations that breed Islamic fanaticism, and are in Iraq to prevent the US effort from being successful by not allowing democracy to succeed. Fortunately for the US effort, positive results are beginning to take hold. Old enemies are abandoning their radical positions and cooperating with the US. This in itself is a defeat for al Qaeda !
Afghanistan is another country where the US and the UN are fighting against the Taliban. This is yet another fanatical group supported by al Qaeda and Iran. When the US plans a bombing mission in Afghanistan, it is against the enemy. Unfortunately, the Taliban like other cowardice foreign fighters, like to mingle and fight amongst civilian populations, so when they are attacked civilians die too. Their aim is to discredit UN and US troops for causing civilian casualties. It is only the most naive amongst us who really believe this to be true.
The democrats, who prey on the most naive amongst us, will use these untruths to discredit the present government and further their own political cause.

Keep up with the news! There are very few "bombing" missions being flown. Why? Because we are not at war with Iraq, that was won when Saddam Hussein was deposed and a democratic government was formed. The US (and International forces) involvement in Iraq is a mission to stop the insurgents from radical Islamic States, like Iran and Syria, to help the Iraqis resolve sectarian differences and to help the Iraqis to form their own military for defense and police forces for civil law enforcement. The "bombings" in Iraq are generally in the form of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) that are used to target rival sects or international forces in an effort to perpetuate a state of civil unrest to destabilize the government of Iraq. When the allied forces do run a bombing sortie, they have a specific target, usually a terrorist stronghold, and use precision munitions to minimize the risk to "innocent" civilians.

Iraq isn't being bombed by the US, only the insurgents and other terrorists are being bombed because they are murdering innocent people in Iraq.

Iraq is being bombed more by suicide bombers, and not so many now, than the US. Why do you hate the US? Why would you ask this question in such a way? Why not ask what countries are being bombed and by who? Then you would look fair and non partisan.
