Until the Old Testament is separated from Christianity, both Bush and Phelps are truly following Christian "rules" with their behavior.

George Bush invaded Iraq because it was God's will. Fred Phelps protests at Funerals because it is God's will. i would say that they are equal.

Bush is no better than Falwell or Phelps. He couldn't be any more un-biblical.
