I need to become fair in a short span is ther any stuff tat wud help me become fair as early as possible .

Don't go outside without wearing SPF-50 Sunblock. (The stuff for babies.) Avoid sitting in windows, etc. You can ALWAYS go 1 shade lighter with your foundation.

By that do you mean you want to lighten the color of your hair? If so that is a bleaching process & if not done correctly can be very hard on your hair and also give you the wrong color. You really should have a beautician do this process.
