"God" watches all rainbows, and if anyone gets too close, "he" moves them away. It's as easy as "stopping" the sun and the moon.

Rainbow.

Rainbow as one of the most spectacular light shows observed on earth. In deed the traditional rainbow is sunlight spread out into its spectrum of colors and diverted to the eyes of the observer by water droplets. The 'bow' part of the word describes the fact that the rainbow is a group of nearly circular arcs of color all having a common center.

Most people have never noticed that the sun is always behind you when you face a rainbow, and that the center of the circular arc of the rainbow is in the direction opposite to that of the sun. The rain, of course, is in the direction of the rainbow.

Not at all the same as God pulling away from you.
We can have a wonderful relationship with God, if we believe and receive the righteous way of salvation that He has established.

A rainbow is just light being bent through small water particles, it is not a solid thing, so where ever you look at it, it will be the same distance because you are seeing different molecules of water, and the ones you saw before arn't reflecting the light to where you can see it from your perspective if you move closer... so no it isn't.

It isn't material, it's a visual effect caused by sunlight being broken into its components by water droplets acting as prisms.

Like any prism, the droplets only work when light source, prism and observer are within certain angles relative to one another. When you move closer, you change the angle, and the rainbow appears to vanish.

I don't think a rainbow ever really moves. Its in the sky. Its like everything else in the atmosphere. The earth rotates on its axis, so its always moving.
