Soak your feet in Johnson's Foot Soak for a good 30 minutes. Then get some foot lotion and massage each foot really well with it. Spend at least five minutes on each foot, kneading the foot really well. When at rest, keep your feet elevated, especially at night above the level of your heart. You can also try two more things. A gel/memory cushion insert for each shoe or buy a pair of Crocs for walking about on. They've saved many a foot! It's the only way I manage to get through a 12-hour shift.

Get a tennis ball or a bottle and roll your feet over it when you are seated trying to relax. The feet are the most abused part of the body and receive the least amount of care. Need to attempt to get them loosened up after such a day.
