What is the best game for ps3??

lol well you just asked a question which will depend of peoples opinions. you will get different answers.
which game will you like, is the question. at the moment there are quality games out for the ps3, one of them is a fun for everyone called Ratchet and Clank. if you want a serious shooting game where you can play online with friends then there is the newly released Call of Duty 4. and if you prefer a adventure and shooting, there is Uncharted which is awesome by the way. Assassins Creed is good too. And Haze is coming out this december along with Unreal Tournament.
The above games at the moment stand out but below are decent games too including Warhawk, Ninja Gaiden, Fifa 08, Pro Evo, Sega Rally, Need for Speed, Rainbow Vegas. hope this helps.

I would have to say Warhawk. The game is only online and has huge worlds with many different things to do such as: run around on the ground, get into a jeep, get into a tank, fly a warhawk (a plane type thing), get in a turret, etc. There are so many different things to do that you never get bored. There are always many people playing online so you don't have to worry about not enough people on the servers. Also, there are different maps to play in and different games such as: Capture the flag, team deathmatch, deathmatch, and zones. I definitely recommend this game : )
