Nope. Physical limitations can be overcome, either by rehabilitation or by "workarounds". People can use wheelchairs, crutches, eyeglasses, hearing aids, interpreters, sign language, etc, to overcome physical limitations.
Overcoming limitations placed by church leadership can be much more difficult. Acting in a way that goes "against god" would be hard on the soul. Getting out from under that kind of dogma is HARD - harder than any of my surgeries or therapy.

What the first person said pretty much. Physical limitations can be overcome, but if you're a devout believer, church leadership cannot.

I'm not sure I see the relation to the two, but if the leaders in the church were using the Bible as their guide, and restricting things that it restricts such as homosexuality, adultery, beastiality, etc. than they wouldn't be limitations necessarily but for our own good.
