Help with activex!?

Question

so i asked this question before and took all of your advice but still nothing worked :(. Does anyone know how I can download activex or how to get it working on my computer again?
any help will do thanks =)

Active X is a program or more accurately an aplet that enables something to perform.

Most web browsers, for security reason, will not allow an Active X aplet download itself and activate because this can be the start of a hijacking and system abuse.

If you are trying to download an Active X aplet, you will either be prompted to permit the Active X aplet or your system will automatically prevent it from being downloaded. The browser security settings govern whether you will be prompted for permission or if you will just be denied permission. You need to check out your security settings on your browser. If you cannot change security settings on your browser, it is because your system administrator has limited you so you do not download Active X aplets - and you need the system administrator to provide permissions to you. Of course, if you are trying to do this on your employer's pc, you may find that you are violating your employer's pc use policy and find yourself in a job risk situation - so think twice before doing this on an employer's pc.
