I know there is a camera with a certain setting that will put the image in b&w but it will let you choose an object that you would like to be in color. Does anyone know the name of the camera?

I've never hear of a camera being able to select what you want in color. I do know that there are hundreds of computer programs that will allow you to do that. All you have to do is take a picture, upload it to your computer then do a little editing.

Selective coloring, as what you are describing is called, is a post production process - done in computer with Photoshop or other photo editing programs, although there are a few places on line that will allow you to manipulate your photos this way.
