Eat nothing but fruits and nuts and water for the whole month....You may or may not lose 30 pounds, but you may fall short and come close to it...either way, it will still be an impressive loss....and don't forget an important ingredient. ...because of your high blood pressure, I suggest a light exercise like walking for 30 minutes the first week and an hour EVERYDAY thereafter....WALKING not JUGGING please. "Nuff said.

Dont listen to the naysayers. I was 161 pounds and lost 20 pounds in 2 months by eatting 1300 calories total per day and burning another 500 calories per day on a ski machine. (takes about 40 minutes to burn that much on the settings i use.) So if you are twice as heavy as me, you should be able to lose twice as much in the same time.
Words of caution. Stay away from cheese. Its packed with calories. If you are vegitarian i know you probably eat alot of that. Also stay away from soda. Bread is another thing. When you get bread buy the kind that is 40 or 45 calories per slice. Not the 80 or 90 calorie per slice wonder bread. Stay away from mayo and use mustard instead.
Eat 6 meals per day. For breakfast lunch and dinner eat no more than 300 calories for each, and for your 3 snacks, 100 calories each. I recommend pretzels or the 100 calorie yogurt.
Your first 20 to 30 pounds will probably come off fast, then it will slow down and you might lose 2 or 3 pounds per week although some weeks you will probably lose 7 or more since you are so heavy. Dont give up and and dont give in to temptation.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

You really need to check out the recordings that everyone has been writing about. I did and it curbed like eliminated my craving for sugar. It's from a company called Independent Achievement Productions and they had an article written in a few magazines a month or so ago and now everyone I know is using them and seeing results. I ordered online the half portions and sugar addiction recording and I have steadily lost weight every week. I don't feel like I've given up anything...and even at Thanksgiving, I only ate half of what was on my plate and then became very full. After 4 days of listening to the sugar addiction CD, I stopped craving sweets (unbelieveable) and started craving spicy foods. All I know is that it has worked for me and my co-workers.

There's ALMOST no way to loose that much weight in a month ! Even with surgery... I would talk to your doctor and see what your options are... Generally, when you are sceduled to get weight loss surgery you have to commit to losing some weight naturally BEFORE they will do the surgery... My friends brother weighed over 600 lbs. and he went on the MAYO CLINIC diet and has lost OVER 200 lbs. with diet/exercise. I would try that route.. However the key is exercise.. He drinks tons of water and stays away from soft drinks/soda.... I would see a different doctor, maybe a nutritionist to see where you are in your health/fitness. You also might need your tyroid checked if it hasn't been already...
Good luck

Before you do anything get proper advice from your doctor. Get a diet plan and stick to it as far as possible. Whatever you do DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. Have regular meals like breakfast as it is a well known fact that people who eat regularly lose weight and those that only eat when they feel like it have a far worse time when trying to lose weight.
Also avoid fizzy drinks. They have bucket loads of sugar which is what you do not need. Why not look for some interesting food ideas on the internet? There must be lots of info out there in cyberspace. Have a look.

your only 15??
Well, i think you should be happy with yourself whatever because at the end of the day, you will always want to change something about yourself. I think that if you do have to loose weight because of your health then maybe you should give up being a veggie because eating a balanced diet is the best way to loose wieght. Also cut out all snacks and go on a weight watchers plan with a friend or your mum or someone. It always helps to do something with someone else so you are not relying on will power alone! :) Good luck!!

Hey i'm 15 too :)
Umm have a look here http://quick-weight-loss.blogspot.com
The first one has had good reviews and it promises quick weight loss (hence the name lol)
Other things i can suggest are obviously excersice and eat less (depending on what you eat now obv don't starve yourself.)
But coming back to the weight loss program it's a structured guide so it should work i think it cost's summut like £15 or $30 depending on where you're from...
i wish you the greatest of luck :)

exercise daily.
in the morning do abuot 30 push ups, sit ups, crunches, etc etc and add 3 each day. stretch before this. then get competetive in gym class. afterschool run atleast a mile for 3 of hte 7 days. then tune into the work out channel.
on weekends get with your friends and just work out at hte local gym.
diet wise, eat a breakfast that has lots of fiber. frosted mini wheats? include just a bowl of cereal, milk and a fruit. at school get hte normal lunch with nothing added. at home eat what you would eat at lunch. for dinner just don't over eat and sick to healthy foods.
keep a diet journal that has what you ate, the calories, and fat. now record your exercises and calories burnt. stick to a 2,000 calorie diet. and stick to it! don't give up or give in! also some videos on youtube help!

It wouldn't be wise to loose that much weight so fast, it can lead to saggy skin, and also you're less likely to keep it off and possibly gain more! I lost 3 stone in 3 years, and kept it off, through a low calorie and fat diet. Stick to a low calorie and fat controlled diet, and maybe see a dietician, which really your doctor should have suggested anyway. Good luck
