we are not sure in anything about GOD.
we cant determine or estimate GOD
GOD is something beyond our abilities of understanding.
so i guess he has some powers.

He has many energies. He has His external material potency also known as Maya or Shakti devi It is her job to keep the fallen conditioned souls in their illusion so they can think they are enjoying in this material world. Then there is Krishna's' (Gods) internal potency (Radha or Hare) She is the spiritual energy of the Lord and she is the Greatest lover and servant of the Lord. IF we take shelter of Her we can overcome May and be absorbed in Love of God. She is superior to all other energies of God. She is nondifferant than Him but she is in the mood of service to Him.
