I have big upper legs, and I can't seem to get the fat off of them. How can I do it?

Try sleeping more often then watching T.V. Sleeping burns more calories then watching t.v.

power walk 45 minutes a day everyday of the week.

run 4 or 5 miles daily!! do situps , drink lots of water
