And white photo!??!?!? Someone said this.. Make 2 layers, one B&W in the background and the colored one on top. Simply erase all that you want to be B&W from the top layer and leave the part you want colored alone

But how do you make two layers.....???

You should be able to do this from the layer menu.

Layer -> Duplicate Layer

I would make the new top layer the black and white one, then erase just the areas you want in color if they are smaller.

Also make sure your layers palette is on so yo can see all your layers.
