Easy. Go on a juice diet. google jason vale 'the juice master', and get his book. It worked for me. Or the Dukan diet is good. Don't excercise though, you won't have the strength. This is adult info. You should not try this if you are under 18. Btw, I am really worried that your parents said that. Im not sure what age prom is, but anything under 18 is too young for losing weight in that amount of time. They should not be encouraging this, and it seems like they are putting too much pressure on you. The best piece of advice i can give you is to buy another dress. really. buy a new dress.

IF you are really serious about it - it can easily be done - and healthily.
1. NO alcohol or sugary drinks
2. NO junk food - just eat natural foods (fruits, veggies, fish, lean meat) but avoid bread, fats, especially NO chocky.
3. NO salt - or as little as possible.
4. Drink 2 litres of water each day.
5. Go for a 30 minute brisk walk every day

It WILL work IF you don't cheat.

You are gonna look HOT in that dress girl.

Eat salad for lunch, soup for dinner, and only eat fruit when u need a snack, and exercise for an hour a day, drink only water, and get between 8-9 hours of sleep a night.

1000 calories per day. 250 at breakfast, 300 at lunch, 350 at tea and a 100 calorie snack. It really works but when you stop it goes back on real fast.

Maximum weight loss achievable whilst retaining good health is dependant on using the G.I. diet principles and depending on current weight the amount you have in mind is achievable.

Join a weight watcher group - it really does work, - and the weight is more likely to stay off.
