Great truth. I don't think you wait for the going to get well, you have to make those quiet times everyday. That is actually what prayer is, "a quiet time".

Absolutely.
It is in the silent and quiet time that I can find God, because He is nowhere else than inside of me.
Peace!

I've been hearing God's voice all my life. When I think, I am talking and listening as God is my best friend.

Yes definitely. I pray to Jesus in my valleys and in my peaks. He is my strength and my hope. I lean on him daily. He answers my prayers and accepts my praise in his own good time.

No, I sure don't. Call it whatever you like, I just call it peace and quiet. If you use or define it your way, that's fine with me.
