make for breakfast, I could have Oatmeal...or cherrios, or eggs, or raisin bread and tea, or fruit, or yogart....but I just can't decide, I have been up for one hour, and I am getting hungry, its so early to start my day, but I am up....so here I go...

→4 egg whites
→Banana
→1/3 cup of oatmeal
It's incredibley wholesome & delicious.

Try an english muffin toasted with peanutbutter and honey and maybe sprinkle some granola or bananas on top. Also, you could try some fluffy chocolate chip pancakes or waffles with a dallop of wipped cream (or, which i always like is a fluffy plain waffle smoothered in peanutbutter and syrup. YUMM!) Good old fashioned grandparents breakfast.
Oatmeal and toast, dipping the toast in the oatmeal as the spoon. Glass of OJ and the newspaper. All as the sun comes up through the kitchen window.

Doesn't that sound awesome!
In reality it will probably be oatmeal or Cream of Wheat.
