I'd say either:
* She's swallowed a rock that has cut her stomach - pretty badly by the sounds of things
* Her intestines are knoted
You really need to take her to a vet ASAP! This is serious!

First of all, you should get her fixed. breeding is hard work, I just rescued a pregnant chinese crested from a backyard breeder. it's not "fun" it's difficult. it's not "cute". and now, to answer your question. dogs do not go into heat as often as I'm guessing you think. I would say it will be about 4 months before she does again. bleeding means she is in heat, which is different from humans. If you cannot afford to get her fixed, buy her some protective diapers for the next time she goes into heat, and if you are considering breeding her, find a breeder of any kind of dog close to you, and look into helping out for a day or so just to see what it involves. it is hard work trust me. The dog I rescued is only 10 months old now, gave birth at 9 months, and I got her when she was already pregnant at 8 months. the vet refused to do an ultra sound and told us she was not pregnant. one of the puppies died. Muppet doesn't like spending any time with the 5 puppies that are left, and her growth is stunted. she puppies cry all the time at night and I have not had a full nights sleep since they were born. They are also possibly inbred. this was because they 'breeder' decided it would be fun to breed these dogs, which are very high maintenance. So it is really important people understand that breeding dogs is a serious thing. cross breeding causes its own problems as well!

Two things to keep in mind for the future. 1. Anytime a dog vomits or has diarrhea for more than 24 hours... you go right to the vet! 2. This is a Chihuahua... anytime a Chi skips meals you must know what to do. Small dogs will have their blood sugar drop very fast. This makes them susceptible to hypoglycemic shock. That is not pretty and actually they will die rather quickly.
Get my drift? Vet... as in the emergency vet.

Bleeding when peeing/pooping is a sign of internal bleeding. Could be a very bad kidney infection if it's only with peeing but if it's pooping it is most likely internal bleeding. She's weak because she's losing blood. If you don't want to wake up tomorrow to a dead doggie get her to the vets now. Quite a lot of them will work with families who don't have a lot of money at that moment *payment arrangements* so don't be cruel and keep her in pain any longer. I hope that helps you.

Take her to the vet ASAP! She could have worms, coccydia, internal bleeding... she is definitely dehydrated. Take her to a vet emergency room, if you have one near you. This poor dog needs qualified vet care, not Yahoo! Answers guesses!
