I am not sure about the whole sentence but i do know that lo ciento means THE ONE HUNDRED and tengo is I HAVE in spanish and sueno is I SOUND in spanish.
so it would be ... The One Hundred ... I Have I Sound....
Hope i have been of help x

Sorry girl, I'm sleepy perhaps tomorrow.
That's pretty much what it means. Although the chika could mean sweet girl.
The literal translation:
I feel it it girl, I have dream perhaps tomorrow.
yeah that doesn't make sense so go with the first translation i gave you.

In real Spanish means nothing... None of these words exist in Spanish, but it's slang to say they're not interested to talk to you, "maybe tomorrow"

Lo siento chica(?), tengo sueño - quizás mañana.
I'm sorry babe(?), I'm sleepy - tomorrow perhaps.
