I am not sure about the whole sentence but i do know that lo ciento means THE ONE HUNDRED and tengo is I HAVE in spanish and sueno is I SOUND in spanish.
so it would be ... The One Hundred ... I Have I Sound....

That's pretty much what it means. Although the chika could mean sweet girl.
The literal translation:

yeah that doesn't make sense so go with the first translation i gave you.

In real Spanish means nothing... None of these words exist in Spanish, but it's slang to say they're not interested to talk to you, "maybe tomorrow"
