Actually memories is usually translated with "Ricordi"...so
"vecchi ricordi"
then "vecchie memorie" or "antiche memorie" but it´s not so common

Literally you would say " le vecchie memorie", but that is a direct translation from English. Idiomatically Italians use the word "nostalgia" and talk about "le nostalgie" in this sense although the latter would be readily undersood.

In Italy it's wider more used "antiche memorie" (ancient, old memories). Other answerers "vecchie memorie" is a correct literal translation but not as we commonly say here in Italy.
