Should babies born illegally in the US Stay illegal , like their parents.And If caught deported as well?

The babies will be american citizens by birth in the US. There is NO WAY that the babies can be deported. Therefore, judges are usually reluctant to split up the families by deporting the parents, so the whole lot get to stay.
If the parents do get deported, then the US citizen child can petition for an immigrant visa for them once they turn 21.

It's not more babies when they cross the border. It is more common to have more babies in developing countries than in developed for many reasons. I believe anyone born in the U.S. should not stay illegal because they should not be illegal in the first place. The other guys said if we thought like this, then anyone that is not Native American would have to go back to their true origin. It would just go towards racism. But then again(not sure but) didn't Native Americans immigrate from the Bering Strait or so? Immigration is part of life.

no anyone born here is a citizen as my sister who was born in Germany is a citizen there and here because our parents are american.

thats so dumb everyone knows you can still get deported even if you have a kid or 100 kids here.stop calling them anchor babies.they dont stop deportation, but when they are 21 they can petition for their illegal parents.really only haveing a citizen spouse is the only way to get a green card and anchoring them here.so until you know the truth dont open your mouth only to make yourself look dumb.

With your kind of logic, nobody but the original indigenous ( the ones slaughtered by the Europeans ) of this land should be the only ones to inhabit it.
Generally, a big familly is a good thing to have... especially if you have to work in the fileds and pick the veggies that feed you and your family.

I agree. There is NO reason that thier ILLEGAL OFFSPRING should be aloud to stay in this country.
The reason they have so many is that they get more money from the government!

yes, babies should remain illegal as they are entitled to more benefits that will enable them more opportunities....making them legal US citizens only denies them a host of freebies throughout their lives, not entitled to legally residing Americans. That would be cruel and unusual punishment!

The Catholic church doesn't permit birth control, and many illegal aliens come from Catholic backgrounds. Hence, many kids.
