I was looking for refried beans in the bean section of my grocery store, but they didn't have it! Where can I find them?

Well if you are from back east, alot of stores dont have refried beans but you can make your own.
buy a big can of pinto beans and 1/2lb of bacon.
cook the bacon on low heat until very crispy to get all the fat out of the bacon.
Leaving the grease in the pan, add the can of beans.
crumble the bacon into the beans, Use a spoon and smash the beans up. Let the beans cook until they are refried consistancy. Very yummy!
Or you can always try a different store or look online.
Good Luck!

Our stores carry them in the "taco" section. It's not really an ethnic area of the store, but the whole section of shelves is nothing but stuff for tacos. Look there. If you still can't find them, ask someone who works at the store.

A lot of stores have an aisle especially for Mexican, Asian and Italian cuisine-look for that. Or ask someone working in the store!

Look in the mexican or ethnic foods isle at most grocery stores. They will probably be located by the tortillas and salsa, ect.
