Hey friend! Have you ever seen "To End All Wars"? It is the true story of Ernest Gordon, who was a POW during WWII. Because of two Christians in the camp, *many* of the POWs became Christians. To End All Wars (the movie) actually focuses only on one of the Christians --- but the sacrifices he made that others might see the Lord are astonishing. I mean this is a man through whom the Lord could not be denied. The movie was actually de-Christianized and made into "The Bridge over the River Kwai" in the 50s, but the newer version, which is much truer to the book, is amazing. My mother, who has been a Christian for 30 years, wept and said of the Christian's sacrifice(s), "Is this true? Can this be true?" It is a beautiful film.

While Jesus is, of course, THE TRUTH, and THE CENTER, it was so encouraging (and at the same time so *deeply* humbling) for me to see Christ formed in this man so that so many came to the Lord. It also has a *deep* message of forgiveness, and you can see how the choice between forgiveness and unforgiveness can set you free or destroy you. Again, I know many will answer "The Passion of the Christ" --- and they will be right, too! But to see 'regular' men so transformed by the renewing of their minds is such an exhortation.

The author of the book that was made into this movie came home a changed man and ended up being the Dean of Presbyterian chapel at Princeton University until his death in 2002.

You can read more of his story here:

God bless, dear brother. :)

I am a Muslim. We have not been able to make a movie that could introduce our religion. But 'The Message" is a movie that atleast gives you some idea about Islam, the last Message of Almighty God to the humanity.

these may not best describe my religion but i feel they deal with certain aspects fairly well
the exorcist movies(not so much the second one).

the exorcism of emily rose

the omen(the origional, i would need to check the other omen movies as i don't really recall them)

these movies may seem all dark etc..... however they show a spiritually dead priest who finds his faith again in christ. just like a spiritually dead christian we sometimes need to do battle to grow in faith, i am roman catholic. they remind me of the book of revelations which highlights the spiritual battle between good and evil that is ongoing. god bless.
