So true.

21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

21:21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.

21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

I am guilty of all those things, yet I am saved. How can this be?

Revelation 22:14
"Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city.

Matthew 19:26
Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."

4 "See, he is puffed up;
his desires are not upright—
but the righteous will live by his faith
( Habakkuk 2 )

Psalm 32:2
Blessed is the man whose sin the LORD does not count against him and in whose spirit is no deceit.

Would you mind rephrasing in the form of a question? Additionally, there is quite a lot more to understanding scripture than proof-texting.

You may want to also put this passage in your memorization list:
Matthew 7:21-23

In other words, we should be careful not to lie? Because that's the only thing that might be suspect from our answers, as far as those scriptures are concerned.

Thanks for the reminder. I may withhold things, but when I choose to share, it's nothing less than the truth.

There isn't a Word of Scripture that any faithful Christian is ashamed of, though the key is often understanding their true meaning and context (as revealed by the Holy Spirit).

I quoted 21:8 to them, in Revelation, and they said none of that matters cause all you have to do is get forgiveness.

Basically they can sin to their hearts' content, each time knowing they'll get forgiven.

Church folks, what is is with them --
I suspect the general idea is that Jesus died for their sins, and that includes any future sins.
