I want to join the Canadian millitary but I am not a Canadian national myself and im not sure what the requirements are.

What alternate ways are there for me to join??

No, we do not. Hubby is Canadian Forces, you have to be a Canadian Citizen to join. The US, Britain and France will take anyone. Expressing the desire to join the Canadian Forces may make if easier to become a Canadian Citizen.

It's like getting a job in any foreign country. So you would have to get some sort of perminent resident paper, then you could probably join; Check out the Canadian Armed Forces recruitment page on the web

I doubt you have to be a Citizen, but you'd most likely have to be a legal resident like in the U.S. You could try to obtain a work visa to Canada. Once you can apply for residency, do it. Once you get your residency, apply for the military.
