i know ive asked this alot but there are still no good answers. (for me, no offence)
my choices are
resistance fall of man and
call of duty 4
plus are there any good suggestions?

umm well what kind of game do you want . if you want a shooting game i would reccommend call of duty 4 it has a great multiplayer mode also. for a sports game i would reccommend ncaa. it has lots of good features, good graphics and great gameplay. im not very into games like zelda and that crap so idk about that and lastly for a driving or racing game i like nfs(need for speed). go to like best buy or something and see what the people who work there reccommend

I think that you should get Resistance Fall of Man. Resistance Fall of Man was my first PS3 game, and I think that every PS3 owner should get Resistance as their first game if they enjoy First Person Shooters.
I've heard from many sources that Call of Duty 4 has a pretty short campaign mode, so basically if you buy Call of Duty 4, you will be getting most of the gameplay from online gameplay. Resistance Fall of Man's campaign mode has some length to it and it's an awesome game.

Get either Assassins Creed, Uncharted: Drakes Fortune, or Call of Duty 4. These are the best games out right now.

resistance has a good story line and good online
COD 4 has good online, but story is only 5-6 hours long
but if you want a great single player and a amazing looking game, get uncharted, only thing is it doesnt have multiplayer

im not a ps3 owner yet but i am thinking on getting Cod 4 and Assassins Creed so thats all i can tell you

dude the first game to come out was resitance... i would buy C.O.D. 4 or Tom Clany's Ghost recon advanced warfighter 2
