I have Extreme lower stomach pain. I try to pass gas but i cant, then about 30 minutes after I have Diarhea (spelling?). I feel like I have a fever but my temp is 97.1. My legs are shaking. Please help.

i think i had that a few weeks ago. i didnt have a feaver i had lewer stomach pains and i had diarrhea. it will pass in a day or two. to really help it, take pain medication and take an anti-diarrheal that really helped me.

You probably have a virus of some kind. When we are truly sick with a bacterial thing, we run a low grade fever (100 degrees) Just get some rest and it may go away soon.
