Revelations 7 (KJV) reads, "4And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel."

So.... how many Christians will be upset when they learn they are not one of the 144,000 people who will go to heaven?
That's not very many people.

The 144,000 being the only ones going to Heaven is a false teaching of the JW's. Which is funny since the Bible clearly teaches the 144,000 are Jewish men. Thus most JW's do not even qualify.

Any real Christians would be very surprised indeed if any of the various conflicting versions of the so-called "rapture" actually occured, since they know the whole idea is just a modern tradition of men started in the 19th Century, and not a part of genuine Christian belief.

You show your ignorance of scripture by inaccurately explaining what that verse means. 144,000 from the tribe of Israel refers to Jews during the time of tribulation that will come to faith in Jesus Christ, and who become ministers that will spread the gospel to the world.

Tallgree... An honest one does.

"..of Israel." -- I think it means literally "of Israel"'s people. :)

And God promised that every believer will go to Heaven. Each Christian. "..that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life." John 3: 16

God bless.
