When you're in grief or a state of depression it's hard to remember it has a purpose.

I started journaling over 40 yrs. ago at the ripe old age of nine to deal with my granny's death. I lost faith & returned but never completely forgave God.

25 yrs. later my dad was struggling to survive in the hospital while crying in a delirium he wanted to go home. I witnessed his pain and cried out to God to let him go home. Then as if someone was standing beside me I heard; "will you hate me again, if I do?" That's when it really began to dawn on me that sometimes it's not the Lord trying to hurt you but instead answering another prayer. After a long talk with the Lord, my dad died the next day and there was a peace.

Sometimes it's so hard to fight & you get tired of the struggle. It's then you have 2 choices (beyond suicide of course, which is irreversible). You can walk away from everything your heart knows to be true because it hurts too much to believe.

Or you can fall into the arms of a God who loved you so much that even the life of His son wasn't too much to ask for & trust you'll never fall too far He can't catch & lift you up.

I don't claim to have God's wisdom & there are alot of things I see & have happen that still makes no sense if there is a loving God. But it's also in those times when my faith is the weakest that if I give it to Him in faith I find peace to where like Job I can say, "though He slay me, yet will I trust him".

I had to take a long road to get there. Some seem to almost have it by birthright. Some are so busy worrying about the events of the day or future they never look back & see how far they've come. But if they ever truly knew Him they'll find He's harder to stay away from than they ever dreamed. All you can do is pray.

People rely on their own abilities to control the "here and now" and lack faith to trust in God for His judgement and will. They base their thinking on emotions rather than on the promises and the power of God. They do not know the truth of the scripture found in Romans 8:28 where it is written that "and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose." When they fail in every human attempt to make things go the way they want them to go, they get angry and blame God instead of accepting what has happened and depending on God to make things go according to His holy will. These lack understanding and faith. The faith of Job was an example of the kind of faith one needs in the face of adversity today. Job accepted his personal tragedies, losses and afflictions and still blessed the Lord God. "Faith" demands it and there are NO "buts".

God has the power. However for those who lost their dear one's or lost their property or something worst has happend like becoming handicapped, they know that bad of yesterday's cannot be changed.

There is a reason for everything, that is what you should believe. God has choosen you to give this kind of life, this kind of suffering for a purpose.

He is testing you. He is watching you. How you react to these situations decides your character and faith in him.

With all these worst things and sufferings, if you still believe in him, trust me heavan is waiting for you. Where you are not going to face all these, as you have already suffered everthing here. No more sufferings for you.

That is our weakness1 everyone except God have their own weakness. this is the general weakness in all human beings. saying they have faith dosent mean they do! if one has faith in god, no matter what happens, he will still believe in haim and not blame him. we all need to be like that for alteast our sake! we need to have the deep, honest faith in him. people that say they have faith in them are only saying it because they are not sure thamselves!! so we need to fully put our trust in god, if we do, we will never blame him. even if we want to, some force will hold us back from doing it. en eg would be.
mosee lead the people out of the pharoh's slavery and when mosses went to pray to god he wasnt back till long time. at this interval the people began to take their gold and make idols out of it and started worshiping it! if those people could do that, they why couldnt we balme god? we willl have to face the consequences of
what we are doing here when we go there!!!! that is the fact!

Many people don't understand this.

There is only one God, people interpret God in different names and forms. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe and is beyond life and death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Gain and Share utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Right, Good, God against Wrong, Bad, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

Anyone who "gives up" or "looses faith" in God just because something bad happened in his own life is a selfish idiot.

Just as anyone who has renewed faith in God because something good happened in his life is also a selfish idiot.

Regardless of whether there is a god, basing one's belief (or lack thereof) in him because of the goings-on in one's own life are self-centered and narrow minded.

Because power = responsibility, as in a = a. You have power over that for which you are responsible, and you are responsible for that over which you have power. This is a fundamental law of the universe, aka The Way Things Work.

An all-powerful deity is ultimately responsible for everything, therefore suffering and misery don't compute if you also believe the deity is beneficent.

SOMETHING doesn't fit here. This is why people have crises of faith - the pieces don't fit.

Because you have to have the patience. We people aren't perfect. We give up on things, too. But that's just one way of God to make us more closer to Him--or to some, God just wants to test how strong your faith is.

de@r be@utY....

This is because of weak faith. People tend to show that they have great feelings and faith in god. But in reality they are hypocrites. They preach something and they themselves learn other things.

They themselves are not sure of what they are doing. But they want the whole world to be perfect and that everything to be done perfectly in their lives. And if some bad comes to their lives, then they just simply put the whole blame on God.

Where in reality, they themselves are worthy of all those blames. And whatever i have written is reality dear.......tc...sweet dreamz...bye...
