I don't want to sound like a some perv.but my sister and i were wondering if cops ever get "turned on" while on duty. I mean, they seem all serious and concentrated on their job that it seems like they (as my sister put it) "are not human." ......just curious!

i mean for ex: let's say they pull over a female driver. And then she tries to get away from whatever the violation may be so she starts to flirt with him. Does that "turn them on" even if for just a sec? Because to me they seem like they are so dedicated to their job that they are incapable of it. It would be comforting to know if they too have "appreciation for beauty"

I'm not a cop, but there are documented cases of a few rare cops who were convicted of rape (and sometimes murder) - generally it wasn't an issue of them being a cop that caused it, it was that they wanted to do this, and they became a cop because it put them in a position of power.
Those are few and far between, but it does happen. As far as getting "turned on", if you mean to the average police officer I'm sure it can sometimes as they are only human, but I wouldn't say they all do. They deal with a lot of junk and people all the time, though.

Do you get turned on when a cop stops you if you think he's cute? Cops are human too belive it or not. But MOST of the time, we have to seperate ourselfs form our personal feelings? Just like when we investigate a death, sure it hurts, but there is no time to grieve at that moment.

Turned on while on duty?
LOL I thought you were going to ask if male cops ever frisk females...
As far as them getting "turned on," well, I think they do. One cop locally lost his job when a bystander could see him using his on-board laptop to look up adult sites, while on duty.

yes, but they have a way of shutting that part of the brain off. sure they are human and they have testosterone also so the answer would be yes but not to the extent of showing it they shut if off in their mind but yes and they are human so it is a natural thing they just do not let it show in their emotions

PROFESSIONALISM IS THE KEY. IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL, IT WILL NOT PHASE YOU. CASE IN POINT. THE NASCAR SERIES AND IT COMES TO TOWN. ARRESTS ARE MADE AND A YOUNG WOMAN READY TO BE BOOKED FOR DUI, STANDS UP AND PULLS UP HER KNIT SWEATER AND SAYS "YA EVER SEEN A SET LIKE THESE BEFORE?"
YOU PROFESSIONALLY STATE: "NO MAM, CANNOT SAY I HAVE, BUT YOU CAN PULL YOUR SWEATER BACK DOWN NOW."
