Which are the ingredients that give it that colour?

It was caramellized and has food coloring, as both above me said. Just look on a can and anything that helps enhance color should tell you so.

its because of the stuff they have in. when the ingredants mix it turns brown. Theres no food coloring that I know of, because Im elergic

because without the caramel coloring, it's a sickly green color.
