Use a lot of butter or oil. Otherwise things stick badly. And after they're washed, wipe them dry with a dishtowel instead of air-drying, otherwise they'll get spots. Don't get me wrong, I love the one SS pan I have, but you can't cook low-fat in it.

You need to be around when cooking in stainless stell pans,food will burn if you are not watchful besides cleaning up charred food that sticks to the pan is not easy.Stainless steel pans clad with a copper base are easier to handle
