Sorry, don't know how well this will read. The seasons in Scotland and Egland/Wales are different. The introduced/pest species have no closed season but they are small.

Fallow buck 1st Aug – 30th April 1st Aug – 30th April

Roe buck 1st April – 20th Oct 1st April – 31st Oct
Roe doe 21st Oct – 31st March 1st Nov – 28th/29th Feb
Sika stag 1st August – 30th April 1st Aug – 30th April

Chinese water deer buck No closed season
Chinese water deer doe No closed season
Muntjac buck No closed season

Chris H is pretty much correct in his comprehensive list of dates.
However Munjac are the only deer with no close season as of 1st October 2007.
All shooters should keep up to date with defra's latest legislation.

Sort of but they're a protected species so you have to have a liscence and even then its very resrticted.

in scotland they do.but it is limited to a small amount of deer.
