Manfred Von Richthofen read and trained with Oswald Boelkce all he could, but until he had real .303's flying over his head, blowing his planes to bits. You find out you don't know nothing. Training is only as effective as how UN-trained your opposition are. If your dealing with a guy that can stick a bullet in a dime at 500 yard's, training will do nothing for YOU?

With proper training, the bullets don't start flying and if they do, the trained person has already planned cover for protection. And what does Von Richthofen - one of the first people to fly a fighter have to do with cops?

In a fight, I'd rather go up against someone with no training, than one who's logged a thousand hours on the test course, know what I mean?

It would increase your reflex time at least. I personally think your punch is only as good as the SNAP instant action.
