They probably did have belly buttons. No, they werent born, but they were created with the body of an adult. All adults have belly buttons, so...
The person who said free will is not correct. They did have free will, other wise they would not have sinned.
They did not have awareness about sex, until they ate the forbidden fruit. After wards, the gained the knowledge of nakedness and sex.
This is where some people get that any kind of nudity is sexual and a sin. When they became aware that they were naked and had different body parts, God instructed them to wear clothes so they wouldnt see each other.

Adam and Eve did not have free will. And since no one was actually there who is alive to write about it, or who did write about it, no one knows what they looked like, do we.
assuming they were man and woman created by God, they looked pretty much like you and I ....

Well, they didn't have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetics, or any of the modern day diseases, at least not until they sinned.
They didn't have a belly button either. But some will argue they did, but logic tells us, they didn't....
